Arrow Cheer Mobile Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 18, 2026
1. Program Description
Arrow Cheer offers a mobile messaging program. By opting into our program, you agree to receive automated promotional and marketing text messages (e.g., shopping cart reminders, discount codes, sale alerts) from us at the mobile number provided.
2. Enrollment & Consent
Enrollment in the program requires providing your mobile phone number and explicitly confirming your consent (e.g., via web form checkbox, keyword opt-in, or text confirmation). You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase for any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Arrow Cheer reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.
4. Cost & Carrier Charges
Arrow Cheer does not charge for this text messaging service. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan details for specific rates.
5. Supported Carriers
Our text messages are delivered via major wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and T-Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. How to Opt-Out (Cancellation)
To stop receiving text messages from Arrow Cheer, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us. You will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you re-enroll.
7. How to Get Help
For support or assistance, reply HELP to any text message you receive from us, or email info@arrowcheer.com with your mobile phone number and your request.
8. Privacy
Your data privacy is important to us. Please review our SMS Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
By enrolling, you agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these SMS terms will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, and you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
