A little bit about who you will be working with at Arrow Cheer.
Kaitlin
Kaitlin did competitive cheerleading from 7th grade (2007-2008) until her first year of college (2013-2014). She began coaching during the 2013-2014 season. Since then, she has coached all age levels from tiny to senior. Before opening Arrow Cheer, Kaitlin completed her degree in education and learned how to support kids in learning and growing. After 10 years in coaching and 3 years of full time teaching, she opened Arrow Cheer in 2023. Her belief system is to support athletes in working towards their strongest individuals and teammates both physically and mentally.
Madi
Madi has been cheering for 7 years and loves all things cheer. She has also always loved working with kids whether it be cheer related with her school team or not cheer related with babysitting. She has been in sideline and competitive cheer with Eastlake Panthers Pop Warner and then her high school team at Bonita Vista High school. Her main priority is helping kids to learn cheer while having fun and being safe. She hopes to bring a smile and a cheer to every kid she teaches!

Aubrey
Aubrey has over 3 years of experience in both sideline and competition cheer and is currently a Varsity Cheerleader at Bonita Vista High School. She has previously cheered for the Eastlake Panthers Pop Warner team, and later volunteered as an assistant coach, where she enjoyed helping young athletes grow both their skills and confidence. Aubrey also has experience teaching children’s cheer clinics and loves creating a fun, encouraging environment for kids. Her goal is to make sure every child has a positive experience, feels supported, and builds lasting memories through cheer.
Lizzie
Lizzie has been in the cheer and dance world since age 2. She has 22 years school teaching experience in the community. She danced and cheered in college and has since enjoyed assistant coaching cheer in the community. She loves being a team mom to cheer teams and loves all things crafty.
