A little bit about who you will be working with at Arrow Cheer.
Kaitlin
Kaitlin did competitive cheerleading from 7th grade (2007-2008) until her first year of college (2013-2014). She began coaching during the 2013-2014 season. Since then, she has coached all age levels from tiny to senior. Before opening Arrow Cheer, Kaitlin completed her degree in education and learned how to support kids in learning and growing. After 10 years in coaching and 3 years of full time teaching, she opened Arrow Cheer in 2023. Her belief system is to support athletes in working towards their strongest individuals and teammates both physically and mentally.
Lynneah
I did competitive and sideline cheer in high school, then moved on to coach tumbling and gymnastics. I am majoring in kinesiology with a minor in athletic coaching, with hopes to open a gym of my own!
Mia
Mia is a patient, encouraging coach who focuses on helping athletes feel confident and supported. With experience in basing/backspotting and a growing background in strength training, she teaches clear fundamentals and creates a safe space for athletes to learn at their own pace. Her coaching style is calm, positive, and centered on building trust, teamwork, and self‑belief.
Gelly
Hi! I’m Gelly, a passionate cheer coach with 13 years of cheer experience. I love helping athletes grow, build confidence, and have fun while reaching their goals!
Isabella
Isabella is a Front Desk Assistant at Arrow Cheer who loves being part of the gym community and helping families feel welcome. Having been a gymnast, she once dreamed of mastering skills like a front or back tuck, so she especially loves watching young athletes work toward and celebrate their own milestones. She’s always happy to answer questions, lend a hand, and cheer our athletes on every step of the way!
Madi
Madi has been cheering for 7 years and loves all things cheer. She has also always loved working with kids whether it be cheer related with her school team or not cheer related with babysitting. She has been in sideline and competitive cheer with Eastlake Panthers Pop Warner and then her high school team at Bonita Vista High school. Her main priority is helping kids to learn cheer while having fun and being safe. She hopes to bring a smile and a cheer to every kid she teaches!
Lizzie
Lizzie has been in the cheer and dance world since age 2. She has 22 years school teaching experience in the community. She danced and cheered in college and has since enjoyed assistant coaching cheer in the community. She loves being a team mom to cheer teams and loves all things crafty.
